⏱ Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 20 minutes of placing the order.
After 20 minutes, the report enters the processing phase, and refunds will no longer be possible.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

More than 20 minutes have passed since the order was placed.

The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) provided is incorrect or invalid.

The customer does not receive the report due to email delivery issues beyond our control (e.g. spam filters, incorrect email address).

The customer expected data or results outside the scope of our standard report.

The report has already been emailed to the customer.

A chargeback is initiated after the 20-minute refund window.
